Our consumer collections department takes special care to ensure that personal attention is given to each aaccount placed with our office. Contact is made through letters and telephone calls and several locating tools are utilized to ascertain current contact information. accounts are reported to TransUnion and Equifax credit reporting agencies on a monthly basis.

Credit screening for potential tenants:
Our screening department provides credit reports to local property owners for the use of tenant screening. Our staff is trained to assist owners in analyzing credit history to help make good decisions in leasing. This service is available to property owners/managers located in Potter or Randall County.

Personal credit file disclosure:
If you would like a copy of your personal credit report please go to www.annualcreditreport.com. This central site allows you to request a free credit report, once every 12 months from each of the nationwide consumer credit reporting companies: Equifax, Experian and TransUnion.
